Robot Dismantling Service (a homage to Frank Frazetta)

Acrylic on canvas. A tribute to Frank Frazetta, an artist who reminded me painting could be fun and didn't have to be po-faced and over earnest. I always liked the shadowy objects lurking in the half light of his backgrounds. He was a very skillful technician in oil paint, and in painting textures and anatomy.
